Simplicity

To me, Italian food is about the quality of ingredients, simplicity in preparation and balanced flavors.

What makes Italian food the preferred cuisine for many the world over?  The answer really lies in one word: Simplicity.

If you distill Italian cuisine down to its core you realize it really is a cuisine built on doing a few things right. A handful of high quality ingredients is the best way to create memorable Italian dishes.  And this approach is no different when we talk about pizza.

Our menu reflects this philosophy of simple and good.  Our dough is a labor of love because the dough is our canvas.  We want the natural flavors to balance each other out without too much interference form us. We don’t overload our pizzas with toppings or sauce to manufacture taste.  From the tomatoes used in our sauce to our mozzarella to the wood used in our ovens, we go to great lengths to ensure that everything is the freshest, most natural and most flavorful.

Buon appetito.
