Our Gelato

Our gelati and sorbetti are hand made on premise from scratch in small batches each and every day. True Italian Gelato has less fat and air than ice cream and is held at a warmer temperature.

For our Gelato we use naturally-sourced Hormone-Free dairy from Guernsey, a local Michigan dairy. As always, our Sorbetto is Dairy-Free and Fat-Free.
