Our Gelato

Our gelati and sorbetti are hand-made on premise from scratch in small batches each and every day. True Italian Gelato has less fat and air than ice cream and is held at a warmer temperature.

For our Gelato, we use naturally sourced, hormone-free dairy from Guernsey Farms, a local Michigan dairy. As always, our sorbetto is dairy-free and fat-free.
